Fatal Error on my Nero StartSmart

My nero 9 startsmart refuses to open I get an error message saying "Unable to create XML parser instance , Please reinstall XML core services (MSXML)4.0 SP2 or higher”

When I clicked ok another message appeared which said "FATAL ERROR Nero StartSmart cannot run ! Corrupted installation or invalid license”

I tried re-installing the nero 9 startsmart and updating it, but nothing changes it still won’t open. Help Please!!!

You could try to uninstall Nero 9 and MSXML 4.0 SP 2 from your computer. Then install them again in clean boot.

Follow these steps:

  1. ‘MSWindows Installer Clean Up’ utility could be used to uninstall. You can find the details in the link of https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/290301.
  2. Start the machine in clean boot, then try to install above again. You can find the link of https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/929135/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows about clean boot.
  3. Now both Nero 9 and MSXML could be installed back. To install MSXML 4.0 SP 2, see this link of http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=19662.

Hi good day… I read the issue about the "Unable to create XML parser instance , Please reinstall XML core services (MSXML)4.0 SP2 or higher” sometimes this kind of error due to incompatibility of the Windows system . you can encounter this error when you using Windows 7 and Vista to fix this problem you download registry software to fix the error of your system registry.
