Family Tree Maker 2012 installation problem

Hello,

I was trying to install Family Tree Maker 2012 for my Windows OS but during the installation it gives me the following error message “Unable to download installation data from the web”. I want to remove this error so that I may get this program. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Francisco, You are receiving that error message because of the internet connection was disconnected at the time you were installing Tree Maker 2012. You used a web installer which requires internet connectivity to install the files because the source is on the web server. Make sure that you are connected to the internet by the time you are installing it.
