I’ve recently installed openofficeorg-writer
On my fedora OS, today when everything is loaded I received this error message:
Error
Failed to load image openofficeorg-writer
Details: Icon not found
and I couldn’t find out why this message has appeared how you can help dealing with this.

This appears to be a minor problem actually. The icon for launching OpenOffice.org writer has gone missing. It could have been accidentally deleted from the folder where it was originally stored. How it was deleted is what you have to find out.
You could reinstall OpenOffice.org not just to get the icon back but to repair any other possible problems in OpenOffice. Although it is only an icon that is missing, I don't think it is an isolated case of a file gone missing. Other more important files might have been deleted along with that icon file which is why I think it would be better to just reinstall OpenOffice.
