Hello Pro,

When I try to play the iTunes Radio, it’s giving me an error. For your information, I was signed in iTunes when I got this error message. So after this error message I re-launce the iTunes. But still I am getting this error. How to get rid of this error? Someone can help me please.

The best way to fix this is to make sure you are using the latest version of iTunes because most of the time the reason for the error is coming from iTunes itself. So, to better deal with the problem, download the latest version from Download iTunes 11.1.5. Once downloaded, uninstall the old version and install the newly downloaded installer.

Try doing it again and see if this fixes the problem. If this doesn’t fix the problem, try disabling the firewall on your Mac. It seems that this is the component that prevents iTunes from completing the request sent by iTunes. You can disable the firewall using the terminal. From the dock, open Finder, select Applications, Utilities, and then double-click Terminal. See image.

In the command prompt, type without quotes “sudo ipfw disable firewall” and then hit Enter.
