Hi community,

Suppose you accidentally set up an HTTP Redirect for your OWA on your Exchange 2007 / 2010 and SBS 2008 via IIS7, which was passed on to all virtual subdirectories. You attempt to remove it from the virtual directories (i.e. public, exchange, exadmin and exchweb) but you got the following error:

HTTP Redirect:
There was an error while performing this operation.
Details:
Filename: \?BackOfficeStorageyourdomain.extensionPublic Foldersweb.config
Error: Cannot write configuration file

Does anyone have an idea how to solve this?

Thank you.

Hi

This is one of the big problem with MySQL check whether the MySQL database is compatible with the server version like if you are using asp then it should compatible with the asp version you are using otherwise you need to check which version of MySQL database is useful for the asp version you are using. This is how you can solve this problem and you will able to solve this problem if you trying and check as the problem with your asp programming is not basically with the code it is basically with your server or your database and you should have to check is your code feeling comfortable with your database and also with the server. Hope this solution will help you getting out of this problem.

The other possibility is that the software you are using has been corrupted and as you said you have not used that software for the previous 2 months and after 2 months you are using that software but it is not working properly so this is the problem that your software has been corrupted and there is a file or something which has been missed and due to that factor you are facing this problem so the solution is that uninstall this software again and again install this software and run this will solve your problem. Hope this solution will help you getting out of this problem and get rid of this problem.
