Hello,

I received the following error message after upgrading to the latest version of bsplayer. I can’t understand the main reason of this annoying error message. I am still looking for resolution and have tired now I need your assistance to fix this problem. Any idea would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. I am using Win XP Operating System.

Hi Wayne, 

I believe the issue is with the current version of BS Player that you are using. Please upgrade the Player to the latest version. If this doesn't fix the problem, check whether the subtitles file is in .srt format. If it is, rename it such that it matches the video file name exactly.Both must be in the same folder. 

If all else fails, try VLC Media Player.
