HOW TO FACTORY RESET A TOSHIBA LAPTOP?
1) Shut down your device.
2) Remove the external peripherals from the desktop.
3) Plug in the AC adapter and make sure it is working.
4) Press and hole the 0 key and press the power button once.
5) Release the 0 key when recovery warning screen displays.
6) Select the appropriate operating system.
7) Click yes when prompted about the all data deletion.
8) In the Toshiba Recover Wizard, select ‘recovery of factory software‘.
9) Follow the onscreen instructions and restart your PC.
