I am facing problem while working in audition. I don't know whether its for my sound card or not.

It was good in the beginning, but after using couple months, it started to freeze.

Now every time i click on the guitar suit it says "You have no preset left".

But i have full banks of presets.

What should i do now?

Try the following workarounds below:

1. Install the latest version of Adobe Audition or the latest patches to improve the constancy and consistency of the application.

2. Re-create the Adobe Audition Preferences file. Maybe the current preference file was damaged.

3. Update your video card driver.

4. Remove any third-party plug-ins and restart Audition. If it resolve your problem, put the plug-ins back again.

5. Reinstall Audition without running any applications.

The random or constant freezing probably caused the program’s files to get corrupted. The files can no longer be opened that’s why it says there are no more presets left. Try reinstalling the program. Download the free version of Revo Uninstaller and install it. Once installed, start Revo Uninstaller then select the affected program among the applications and click “Uninstall”.

Follow the normal uninstall process. When uninstall is complete, click “Scan” to scan your computer for any leftover files and delete everything it finds. This removes everything the program created on your computer. When it is finished, close Revo Uninstaller then install the program back. On the other hand, if you are using the trial version, check if the trial period is still ok and hasn’t been exhausted yet.

If the trial period is over, the program will no longer work. You need to buy it to continue using it.
