Facing a problem with mobile browser

I'm using a Samsung T919 Behold. I bought it from USA. Now I'm using it in Bangladesh. The problem I faced, when I download any mobile browser (such as : UC browser, Opera Mini), social network's chat engine (such as : eBuddy, Nimbuzz, Facebook chat etc), I cannot run it. It says "-CONNECTION FAILED- Your Internet settings must be activated for Java Applications, or try again later. Check your phone manual or www.ebuddy.com on how to do it. If this doesn't work you can always use our Lite Messenger: http://m.ebuddy.com". But my Internet connection is OK and I can browse with my phones browser. I can even download files. So now I'm badly in need of some help. I also search Google for the solution but it failed. So now I join here to have some hope to get help from you all.

Thank you

Hallo Mynameismishuk,

I will advice that you check the regional settings on your phone and change them. Details like the GMT or UTC location, the time zone, and the date and time settings. Ensure that you change them from those that you were using in the Unites States of America to those in Bangladesh. Check the network settings on the phone, and if you changed the mobile service provider inquire for their settings.

Also try restarting the phone. Sometimes restart may be the solution for the phone may be having some network problems which will be refreshed when the phone is restarted.

Hope this helps.
