Hi,

I am using Windows XP OS and facing an error message using Sage Intelligence when I launch it. The error says “Permission denied”. I installed the full version of Accpac with full administrative rights, Accpac works fine but SAI crashed. I need your help. Thanks.

To solve this problem you should enable show hidden files.To do this

  • Click start
  • Click control panel
  • Appearance and Themes
  • Folder option then a pop up will come out
  • Click view and choose show hidden files and folder
