I was trying to install Silverlight, but it displays Error Code: 2104. I use this software to watch movies on Netflix. It is not working properly.

Solution 1:
Try to use another browser and remove the history of the system.
Solution 2:
Uninstall the Silverlight software.
- Go to control panel
- Choose option to install and remove programs
- Select Silverlight program and uninstall it
- Re-install the program. The program is available free on the Internet; you can download it from there and install it.
Try to run the movie again; now it will work.
