The most noticeable feature in the new look is the Timeline features. It was unveiled by Facebook, and it includes the newest Timeline profile pages, which are a radical departure from the Facebook from the old Facebook.
The Timeline feature has been taken by Facebook to be the answer to the problem of filling in the context of someone’s entire life. The feature has enables the use of a moving mosaic of the photos, videos, places and status updates which make up not just that Facebook profile of your, but it also does that to your personality in a way. I don’t recall if Facebook explained the period or the month when they applied those new changes on the profile and account. But since you want to see new updates on Facebook done in December, here is one available from a blog created by one of Facebook’s engineer.
The new profile update was announced on a blog by Josh Wiseman, a Facebook engineer, on December 6, 2010. It discusses some new improvements on the Facebook profile and planned on implementing it early 2011.
The new profile shows a quick overview of the user’s basic information like your location, your schools attended, and information about your work. These are the information you usually talk about whenever you meet new acquaintances especially old friends.
The new profile also includes a row of photos where you are newly tagged. In this new update, you can now highlight your important friends like for example your family, your best friends, and also your teammates.
