Can I assimilate Kootali Social Utility or the Facebook clone in my vbulletin page? Can I use the Facebook clone on my vbulletin page and make it as my default page? I need suggestions. Thank you.

I am not sure about making the Facebook clone your default page in your website, but I am aware that you can embed the Facebook social utility on a page on your website so that users can leave comments which can then be reflected among other Facebook users who are subscribed to that page.
All you have to do to embed the Facebook comments page is obtain the code for that particular comments from Facebook, which you can later customize to make it fit your website works.
If it is possible with Facebook then I think it will be possible with the kootali social utility too.
