If this is the problem, check first if you have a good internet connection. If your computer is experiencing a slow internet connection then the page would not load properly since the website is generally more on graphics. Another reason might be the time you access Facebook. If you access Facebook during the night which is normally the peak hours where most users are also using the network, try it again after a couple of hours.

It is also best to try it during off-peak hours like during day time where few users are using the network. If the connection is good and you don’t have problem downloading files, the problem might be coming from your web browser. Try clearing your browser’s cache, refresh the page, or exit your web browser, open it again then load Facebook again.

If the problem continues, try opening Facebook on a different web browser. Like for example, if you normally open Facebook in Google Chrome, close it, open Mozilla Firefox, and open Facebook again from there. See if there’s a change.
