I am using BlackBerry mobile. I install Facebook application on this mobile. But give me a message, "Upgrade data plan service provider." How can I upgrade the data plane service?

I can understand your problem its very irritating when you cant connect with your friends. So try this one:
Some T-mobile customers seem to be experiencing this type of problem. I would suggest for Abigail to try entering an Access Point Name (‘APN’) first before  trying  to uninstall and re-install the application.
Steps to add an APN are as follows:
Before you install a Facebook app on your BlackBerry Smartphone, check first the version of the operating system it is using. If your BlackBerry device is running on BlackBerry 6.0 operating system, you can install Facebook 4.4 for BlackBerry. It supports BlackBerry 6.0 OS or higher. But if your BlackBerry handset is running on BlackBerry 10 OS, Facebook 4.4 is kind of old to use.
For BlackBerry Smartphones with BlackBerry 10 OS, use Facebook for BlackBerry 10 instead. The latest Facebook app version for BlackBerry 10 OS is Facebook 10.7.31.9 updated and released on June 4, 2015 and is about 24 MB. For teen users, Facebook is available only for users age 13 and above. In case after installing the Facebook app you still get that error saying that you need to upgrade your data plan to use Facebook, please refer to your cellular network provider.
Since Facebook is the most popular social media app being used today, your network provider probably has a policy for using the app.
