I have installed Any Video Converter on my computer to convert Multimedia Files from one format to another format.

When I am trying to convert f4v (Extension of file) format, the AVC (Any Video Converter) shows the error stated; Cannot get media information of video file H:F4Vsample.f4v, insert failed! Does AVC not support f4v files?

Some FLV files are also same issue. What should I do to take over this error?

Kindly, help me please.

Any Video Converter is used to convert one file format to another. It supports some files to convert their file format. To convert F4V format through Any Video Converter, Firstly you must have a software named "Adobe F4V Post Processor". Download it or Purchase it.

After that, Decompress it and find the exe file named "f4vpp.exe" from the directory where you decompress it. Now Copy this exe file to that folder where F4V file is present. Suppose you have a file ABC.f4v in Folder QWER in Drive E. You must paste the aforesaid exe file (f4vpp.exe) in Folder QWER in Drive E.

Now its the time to execute the command. Open Run Type cmd.exe. Command Prompt Window will be displayed. In Command Prompt, Give the path of QWER Folder. ( Type cd QWER & Press Enter). The preceding step is to execute the file "f4vpp.exe" by typing "f4vpp -i ABC.f4v" and press Enter. The Conversion Process will start. the resultant file will be generated named "ABC_f.f4v" in QWER Folder in Drive E.

Now you have the file ABC_f.f4v, convert it through Any Video Converter in your desired format. Add this file to AVC (Any Video Converter), select your desired output format and Press Convert. After the process of conversion, output file can be seen in the output folder of AVC.

I does seems like that this kind of files should only have ASCII characters. Hence if it has any non ASCII characters then in that case it is the first priority to remove those ASCII characters. Only then this problem will be solved. Hope this trick solves your problem.
