Exporting Microsoft Outlook information file problem

Hello there.

I am very much happy if you could spare some time with my problems.

I am having trouble exporting a “COMPLETE” Notes Address Book into Outlook.

I can export basic information which includes name, email-address and phone-number, however.

I need to export everything else i.e. complete-mailing-address, pager, all phone numbers and email addresses.

The export process only exports data which is displayed in the contact list and contains only a few fields from the person’s contact detail.

How I can include other data in this screen?

Thank you for your time.

The default constraints of a csv file through MS outlook is that it strips the extra information from the contact details. In order to export the complete details, even pictures in a contact, you have to first convert the contact into a VCard.

The procedure is defined below for you as to how to convert the contact into a VCard.

In the outlook contact folder, select the contact / contacts you want to create the Vcard.

Now click on file-and then click on save as

In the save file type as, click to select VCard Files (.vcf)

In the save in box, select the folder where you want to save the Vcard file, and click on save

Now you can either backup this folder containing all the details of the vcards, or you can distribute these Vcards (By inserting as file to a new message) to different recipients, even to your own other accounts.

The recipient will simply have to click on this Vcard file, and they will be automatically saved in the recipient address book. OR these file can be imported in the contact list, b

By using the Import/export Feature, and selecting the importa Vcard file (* .vcf)
