The following is the procedure to help you in exporting the rows from ms access to ms excel.

  • First you will need to copy the data from the ms access, and then go to the destination Excel workbook, and in case it is opened you will need to close it before you continue.
  • Then you will go to the Navigation Pane of the source database, and there you will have to select the object that you want to export.
  • Locate the external On the External Data tab, which should be in the Export group, and then click Excel.
  • Then you will locate the Export – Excel Spreadsheet dialog box, and from there you will need to review the suggested file name for the Excel workbook.
  • After that go to the File Format box, and there you will need to select the file format that you want. In case you are exporting a table or a query which you will need to export formatted data, then you will have to select Export data with formatting and layout.
  • The last step will be to choose the Open the destination file after the export operation is complete check box so as to view the file that you have exported.
