My pc is having a certain problem lately. The windows explorer stops working while dealing with multiple tasks and then restrats again. Sometimes it happens it the middle of online apps and it ruins. Sometimes the rate is too muct and it restarts on regular interval.
Kindly someone help me with this problem.

Sometimes untimely restarts is not only associated with software problem but hardware as well. If you are experiencing untimely restarts on regular intervals, restore your computer to its previous state using the System Restore function of Windows. Find the last available restore point then restore it. Follow the instructions if it asks you to restart the system. After restoring the system, monitor your computer if it’ll exhibit again the previous behaviour. If it’s ok now, then you’re good to go.
But if not, check your computer for any possible errors. Use a disk utility application to check the system. For a much thorough diagnostics on the system, use a disk utility application like Norton Utilities, Norton SystemWorks, or PC Tools Performance Toolkit. These tools will help you analyze your system and will eventually fix any errors especially in the file system.
