I suggest to you to search on "How to Remove PDF/A Information from a file." IF you successfully find what I'm referring to you these are the steps. First click the enable editing button if you finish click this it should feedback that you are viewing this document in PDF.

I believe the easiest way to edit PDF is through the use of the Adobe Acrobat XI. The software lets you copy and paste parts of a PDF and save it as a Word document file.
A major drawback of this is that it costs $139 to purchase the standard software. Alternatively, you can search the web for free PDF to word converters. One of them can be found here.
I suggest you give it a try.

Those watermarks are there on the PDF for security purposes. So that no one can reproduce or copy the content of it.
But try downloading Adobe Acrobat 9.
You can use the “Save As” and I think it’s one of the easiest ways to conform to an existing PDF file that you have. You can apply changes like: Changing or Adding Font Color Spaces, Fonts Embedding and other transformation that Acrobat can handle.
Check out articles regarding PDF/A over the internet
Or you can do screen shot of it then just create a new one if your not really in a hurry and have time to re-create it.
