Follows these steps to upgrade your Windows7:
1. Go to my computer>System and security>Windows Update.
2. Then click on Windows anytime upgrade which is under the see also option present at the bottom of the screen.
3. Now click on enter upgrade key.
4. Enter your upgrade key and click on next.
5. Your key verification may take few seconds.
6. Now, choose I agree in the accept license agreement and then click on upgrade.
7. Windows will start upgrading. Now your Windows is upgraded to Windows7 Ultimate.
NOTE: In case your Windows is already upgraded you won’t find Windows anytime upgrade option.
