Hello, please follow the below steps to migrate windows server 2003 to 2012 as follows :
• First open Active directory on windows server > operation menu
• Go for Rid tab and select change
• Click yes to transfer the roles
• Once it is successful click ok
• Repeat steps 2 to 4
• Click close to close the master windows of operations
• Close the active directory windows too.
