Many users have faced the issue where trying to run bluestacks for the first time gives an error saying bluestacks does not recognize your graphics card. How to work around this common graphic driver issue?
This mainly occurs when direct 3d drivers are not working properly or not recognizing bluestacks.
In most cases this can be solved using the following steps
a) Download some uninstaller like revo or equivalent to completely remove bluestacks.
b) When bluestacks is installing keep the battery power to maximum performance mode.
c) Update graphics driver from device management. From device management go to display adapter and update your version If the above steps are followed your problem should be solved.
