Experiencing problems with saving in pdf

I am currently using Microsoft words 2003 as I do not have access to my laptop with the latest words edition. In the latest programme, there is the possibility to save directly on pdf without changing the formatting. Can anyone tell me how you can do that on the 2003 edition? In the event this is not possible, please recommend an alternative software.

Hello, Gregory!

You are able to select the "Save As" option from the Files dropdown menu. You can change the file type to PDF from that menu. You are also able to select 'Publish as PDF' from the dropdown Files menu.

Ensure that the file name follows appropriate naming conventions.

Spaces and characters besides letters and numbers are also not allowed as a name you want to save.

Regards,

Mathew Tand

Hi,

In case you can not save your word document to .pdf format directly using MS Office 2003, you can do the same by downloading a software. Below is a link of Win2Pdf software. Download this link and convert your word document to PDF format within seconds.

After downloading the software and installing the same on your system, follow the process described below:-

1. Open the word document you want to convert into pdf.

2. Click on Print option.

3. Now go to Printers option and select Win2Pdf as your printer

4. Click on 'Print'

5. Your document will be printed in .pdf format. Now save it.
