Software is the main media to run a program. By using different types of software we can perform different jobs. Not for all but I try to install an photo editing .exe file. After sometime I don’t get any button to install it.

you need to be more clear in order to get a good answer , precise what program you want  to install. Assuming that you want to install  X program: Know that some programs does not require installation to work , these are called portable edition of a program. You click on the program and it will take some time to launch and sometimes Windows won't allow it to launch until you give it the permission to do so; so check that out. If not you will have to download another time the install.exe program and try if that solves the problem.Â
