You will need to be aware that enabling your exchange server to receive emails from GoDaddy will comprise your exchange server when it comes to recovering emails that are received at your email addresses hosted through the GoDaddy server.

I am not very sure if that can be easily achievable at the server level, but it possibly will be possible to be implemented at an individual account level resting on your server. It will be even simpler for you to have your exchange server handle the emails totally, instead of you having the emails be received through the GoDaddy email services, which can be subsequently downloaded through the exchange server that you are using, and that will be downloaded through your users using Outlook.
