Hi!

Here I am to provide you solution or option for you to solve this problem.

First of all, you need to know the cause of this problem. Your computer might be a part of group that is denied the ms-Exch-EPI-Token-Serialization user right.

The solution is simple. You just simply drag your computer out that group. The list below will show you step by step solution:

1. Firstly, click on Command Prompt button.

2. Then, type this sentence: gpresult / scope computer / r into that command.

3. You can see which group are you. If you are in group that is denied the user right simply uninstall that Exchange ECP.

4. Finally, problem solved when you download and install back that Exchange Server ECP.
