I unable to get into make changes on user mailboxes in MS Exchange 2010.

I need a solution for this as soon as possible. The error message that I received is given below.

Initialization failed :

The following error occurred when configuring Help Inks:

Exception calling 'GatStappablecelin' with ;I; argument(s): 'AuthorizationManager check.failed.' Click here to retry

We have Windows server 2008 and MS Exchange 2010.

We did not make any upgrades. I get this error when I try to make changes in one day and now I am getting this error.

Please give me your suggestions.

Any type of change that you want to make can only be made once you close all the incoming and outgoing connections to the exchange server. For this you need to do few things.

  1. Make sure that all the connections are closed properly and all the data has been either sent or received properly and completely so that you can close them as well.
  2. After that make sure that the exchange is updated and is ready to accept any type of changes you intend to make.
  3. Before doing the changes, please disconnect it from the server and make a backup of the data as well because it is always useful to get a backup.
