Hi Glenda,

Try Following these steps.

Check if:

  • Is there another or a separate send connector to a domain?
  • If there is a separate send connector, Check if it has addition HT servers.
  • Try this; send an email without smart host in the send connector.
  • Lastly, checked if you are blacklisted with this link.

Hope this will help.

Hi Glenda,
The error is because the SMTP session is not configured with the remote servers.
To resolve this error follow the steps mentioned below:
1) Click 'Start', type 'cmd' in the run window

Open-command-prompt-through-run-window

2) Type the command 'telnet mail.server.com 25', here mail.server.com' is the name of the server
3) Type the command 'HELO local.domain.com' to specify the domain name
4) Enter your email address by typing the following command '[email protected]'
5) Enter the email address of the recipient '[email protected]'
6) You can now type your message and send it
7) Exit the command and the process is completed
