Recently I removed software from my Pc but I don't keep in mind which one.

After that, when I try to start/reboot my Pc, I am receiving the following message in a white rectangular box but the text are black.

Application error

Exception ERangeError in module FTMERII.exe at 0001:C3D

Range Check error

Ok.

I need to fix this error message. What should I do? Please help me.

Thanks in advance.

Hello Ruby,

If the error started occurring immediately after you removed the application from the computer then it is possible that you might have removed some system files that are required by the computer to function properly. You will therefore need to do the following to fix that problem:

1) On your computer navigate to the Start and then All Programs, followed by Accessories and then System Tools program group.

2) Next click on the System Restore program icon, and then click Next on the Restore system files and settings window.

3) You will need to choose the restore point and then click next, and then after that click Finish on the Confirm your restore point window so that the System Restore process can begin.

Regards, Carl
