It is confirmed that there is a 3D Map application on iOS 6. As of now, it is on Beta version so the information on how to use it is very limited. However, you can watch on the video below to know more about it.

Other new features includes the following:

1. When you come to turn, the map will speak for the directions so you can keep track and your eyes on the road. And the screen will become 3D perception view on the road. This is a good news since it can help us avoid car crashes.

2. You have a real-time traffic infos to sum up ETA. The Map will give you the information on what is causing and ask for a backup so you can tell if its a main situation or just a temporary delay. And also, if there is a traffic issue, the Map will give you an alternative route.

The image above showed a local search wherein you placed a pin on the map. If you press or tap on the pin, it will show results with all the information about your location. You can also see the photos or just tap again to dial the number and get the address.

I really hope i have answered your question and have helped you with everything you need to know.

Hi this is next upcmoming mapping application from Apple that is to be introduced in its upcoming software I06.It also contains 3D Maps. The new map system has everything Google has, including turn-based navigation and 3D maps.Apple doesn't want to rely on Google aMapes anymore so it is introducing its own app.

The iPhone version of Maps has a floating locate me button (it sounds very similar to Android’s Google Maps app) in the

bottom left corner. To access 3D mode, which will make use of Apple’s C3 Technologies acquisition, you have to peel back the ower right corner of Maps just like the current version and enable 3D mode. Once enabled, you can switch in and out of 3D

mode by tapping a 3D icon in the lower left corner. A photo of this feature can be seen in our gallery. Also it contains features like Flyover views and turn by turn navigation with vector based images.
