The events log file size gets bigger and it becomes almost unmanageable

My client apparently had this problem of people accidentally deleting some shared files on the server, so I had setup for him a security auditing feature which actually enabled tracing and logging of whatever activities done to the specified folders, sub-folders and files.

Now, my problem is since this will trace every activity done, the events log file size gets bigger and it becomes almost unmanageable. I was wondering, does anybody here know of any third party application that could help manage the logs, perhaps even just one that could retrieve only deletion activities so it's easier to trace?

Or if there's any suggestion and idea how else to manage this, it would be a great help too.

You can download free applications on the net that can retrieve deleted files that are previously saved in your computer or usb. You can also do the old fashion way of backing-up files by saving it on a blank disc. Saving it on a disc make it more secure than setting-up an automatic back-up recovery task in your system. I attached some pictures of free applications for retrieving deleted files.
