While using the ATV Benchtop which is a Vacuum soldering system, I encountered an error. The error image is attached below. Please see it and advice me on way forward. I will highly appreciate.
Error loading configuration files…
The configuration file of a program is essential for it to function correctly and especially for other parameters to give the accurate results. Normally, the configuration file is loaded during the initialization process of the application and will remain in the memory while it is running in the system. It will only be unloaded from the memory once you terminate the program.
And since here, your application is encountering an error when loading the configuration files, try restarting the program. If it doesn’t fix the problem, check if your operating system installed an update in the past few days. Try restoring your computer before the update was installed or to the period when it was still working fine.
You should also check if the program’s license is still working. If it has an expired license, you probably need to renew it by purchasing a new license code. If it’s not a license problem, try reinstalling it. Uninstall ATV Benchtop, restart your computer, and then install ATV Benchtop again. You may also try upgrading it to the latest version.
