EssentialPIM Pro 5.0 RC 3 error

Hello Friends,

I have a problem to import my *.epim File from Essential PIM Pro 5.0 RC 3 (Beta Version) to Essential PIM Pro 5.01 (Final Version). If i want to open the *.epim File in the new Version, i get the following error on my screen:

Enter Drive Keys

There was an error while trying to copy files. One or more of the

– following could have happened:

– The RobotWare version of the system (or RobotWare files) has been removed from the Media Pool.

– The Media Pool used when creating the system has been moved or removed.

OK

Your help is required in this regard. Waiting for your suggestions.

Do the following:

  • If you are able to open the Sent Items and Inbox, then go ahead and get rid of the undesired messages and then, compact.
  • In you cannot access the folders, then either rename or delete them depending on whether backup is available or not.  The following steps should help you do that:

    • Click Tools, and then Options.
    • After that choose Maintenance > Store Folder (tab) and then note the location of Store Folder.
    • And then close Outlook Express and open Store Folder.
    • After that rename or delete the corrupt folder.
