First you have to check that your Antivirus is registered or not. If not then buy its premium membership or download the registered one. After registration update it to the latest version.

So it can work accurately. Also make sure that  your computer is compatible for the requirements of NOD 32, especially the RAM.

After that check that which windows you are using. Try to update the previous or the best thing is that uninstall it and download the new and latest version from a good source and make sure that your system supports the latest version.

Other thing is that there might be some file corrupt or some virus is there which is resisting the running of your program so try to scan your computer and repair the windows and other files.

Do this in normal mode or the best thing is to do it from safe mode.

Sharankar,

The most probable error in this case is the computer's memory. The computer needs to have enough memory in its RAM and hard disk space. You also need to ensure all system files are correctly entered in the registry.

You will then need to uninstall the software (antivirus and reinstall it.) Once you install the program and  the system files, restart  your computer. Make sure you uninstall with the Windows uninstaller.

Here is the procedure;

  1. Go to Start > Run > Type in 'Msconfig'.
  2. Uncheck the 'Selective startup' and check the third party firewall.
  3. In the Startup folder, hide all the 'Ms Services' uncheck all 'Nod32 services' click 'apply'.
  4. Close the window and restart the system.
  5. Uninstall N32 by going to Start > Run > Type 'Ms Config' > Go to Startup and Normal services.
  6. Go to Explorer > Program files > delete the entire ESET folder.
  7. Check the Explorer > Windows > Prefetech and delete the Prefetch file.
  8. Restart the system.
  9. Reinstall Nod32 V2and do blackspears settings. The system should now work normally.
