Good day! I was Trying to set the console to Kaspersky Security Center 9 on its working machine under Win7 Pr 32-bit, which is already KAV for WinWks 6.0.1424 + Network Agent 8.0.2134.

The installation procedure falls into this error Event Log-e:

Application: Kaspersky Security Center Administration Console – Error 25002. Error while installing: System error 0x648 (Unknown property.).

Just in case, I tried to remove antivirus and agent through the Add / Remove programs, then another pass on kavremover-ohm, but the console is still not established. Has anyone experience with such a mistake?

Please help me.

Hi,

The problem is in the KLAdmins or KLOperators. There may be several duplicate names of these groups.

To remove the duplicates you have to select the Users option from Active Directory Users and Computers.

Now remove all duplicates which hold CNF in the title.

 

 

Make correction in the names of these two groups.
