Errors pop-up when I save power point 2007 and/or VISIO 2007 documents

Hey all,

I have attached two pictures of two different error I received below. These errors pop-up when I save power point 2007 and/or VISIO 2007 documents as PDF.

I would be grateful for any suggestions that may help me fix this.

First try closing and reopening the file. Next try restarting Visio.

Hello Olivia,

If you are trying to save the file in the PDF format, you will need to first save the file as a PPTX before saving as PDF. Though it sounds like you have, but just to be sure you will need to confirm that.

Also, you will need to check how exactly you are saving as PDF.  You should  try quitting PPT, powering down your computer for a few minutes, and then start everything up and try again.
