Hello,

I have some photos that I want to edit and I would like to download and install Photoshop CS6. I have installed Download Assistant in my computer and now I visited the Adobe website to download Photoshop. But When I start to download it I get the error below. I would like Techyv experts to assist me in solving this problem.

Hi William.

This error points to the installation files being faulty. Try to download the installation files outside of the download assistant program and try to install again. Also, you can try downloading the installation file using another browser.

This error also occurs if you have an application called Showit installed on your computer. You can also delete the assistant by going to the add/remove programs in the control panel, uninstall Showit. Proceed to install Photoshop.
