Hi,

Download the official documentation of the exchange server as it has all the possible solutions to known problems that users can face during the usage of the software.

But there is a general set of steps that you can follow to solve the problem;

Rename the exchange server in the IPV4

Go to the local machine

Go to server configure option

From the tabs go to the connection tab that will have all the things you need.

Rename the server from there.

Also make changes to the host file of the system by going to the windows system32 drivers etc folder and open the host file in the notepad and enter the

   <IPv4 address>    <hostname of the computer>
   <IPv4 address>    <FQDN of the computer>

after that you only need 1 restart of the software and the system.
