Immediately after adding CSE the first time within Swap 2007/2010 surroundings, this blunder happened:
“Cloud mark Server Edition cannot establish a connection to the Exchange server”
CSE 'talks' to the Microsoft Exchange Server from the Ms Message Program Programming User interface (MAPI) to receive signals as soon as mail messages arrive in order to accomplish steps on mail messages which might be established for being junk e-mail.
You start with Trade 2007; MAPI isn't going to come pre-set up. To be able to resolve this matter, acquire as well as install MAPI/CDO coming from Microsoft Company with your Trade host as well as, if it is different than your Swap host

Download the official documentation of the exchange server as it has all the possible solutions to known problems that users can face during the usage of the software.
But there is a general set of steps that you can follow to solve the problem;
Rename the exchange server in the IPV4
Go to the local machine
Go to server configure option
From the tabs go to the connection tab that will have all the things you need.
Rename the server from there.
Also make changes to the host file of the system by going to the windows system32 drivers etc folder and open the host file in the notepad and enter the
<IPv4 address> <hostname of the computer>
<IPv4 address> <FQDN of the computer>
after that you only need 1 restart of the software and the system.
