Hi all,

I am getting this Access violation error message when I work around the VSO Blu-ray converter ultimate. In the google search I am not able to find the solution. But I have installed NVidia graphics card with CUDA support in the system and also I updated the windows. Even after these changes I get the same error message. I don’t see the relation why you need to install a new video card since it is only a converter and doesn’t require much of video processing. And as far as your operating system is concerned, I don’t see any problem either. For VSO Blu-ray Converter Ultimate, it supports Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8 both x86 and x64.

I think the problem here is associated to the program’s permission because sometimes when using operating systems like Microsoft Windows 7, it is sometimes necessary to run a program as administrator which is not the case when you are using Microsoft Windows XP. This is a very common issue starting from Microsoft Windows Vista and later when running a program.

Try running VSO Blu-ray Converter Ultimate as administrator. In your desktop, right-click on the program’s icon or shortcut and select Properties. Go to Compatibility tab and at the bottom check “Run this program as an administrator” under Privilege Level. After that click OK and then try starting the program. In case you are not using the latest version, download it from VSO Blu-ray Converter Ultimate Download.
