Errors on adding Rain Effects in Corel VideoStudio Pro 4

I purchased a full version of Corel VideoStudio Pro X4 and installed it on my computer. Everything was working fine until I tried adding rain effects to a large movie file. I got a message that there is no enough space and the FX thumbnails disappeared. I tried reopening the program but resulted in the following errors: “Error loading from stream" and then "Videostudio Pro has encountered an unspecific error and needs to close, please contact Corel Support and include a copy of the Dump file.” The error appears every time I load the program. How do I resolve the problem or send the Dump file to the Corel Support team to obtain help from them? If I reinstall the program, will it affect the projects that I have already saved?

Please try to go to the Corel Video Studio Drive in C:users[your user name]AppDataRoamingUlead SystemsCorel VideoStudio Pro14.0 > Delete all contents > Open VideoStudio. The program may load a little bit longer than usual as it needs to rebuild the directory. Please do note that only the default directories will appear and all custom directory with their thumbnails will disappear. Your *.VSP project files are just kept in another directory and still exists. Path is C:LibrariesdocumentsCorel VideoStudio ProMy Projects. Please do take note to never delete this one.

If the procedure above, does not resolve the issue, then uninstalling and reinstalling the application would be the next course of action.
