ERROR_PATCH_MANAGED_ADVERTISED_PRODUCT 1651 Administrative user failed to apply patch for a per-user managed or a per-machine application that is in advertise state. Available beginning with Windows Installer version 3.0.
I am having this Windows Error 1651. It says:
“Windows Installer does not permit updating of managed advertised products. At least one feature of the product must be installed before applying the update. ”
I looked what it is, and it is Windows Error Code ERROR_PATCH_MANAGED_ADVERTISED_PRODUCT.
How do I resolve this?
