Hello Thomas Rock! Going on to your problem, Pixel Shader is a hardware feature of you video accelerator card and it can either support version 2.0 or not.  You need to upgrade your hardware/video card to be able to support Pixel Shader version 2.0 and to avoid getting that kind of error. If you are using a desktop, you would need to install a compatible video to play this game. And if you are using a laptop, you will not be able to play it. I hope that this solution will help you solve your problem. I would be nice if you inform me if this solution works for you.

Hi,

May idea is according to the Art Studio system report is the application you install or downloaded to your PC is not supported to your system, just simply looks or searches other software that is suitable to your version. Attempt to check the operating system if the system types is 32 bit or 64 bit before you download or install the software to your machine, after you download the software try to uninstall the old, simply install the downloaded application to your software, and then try to restart your PC, after you install the software to the PC then scan the system.

I’m not sure if there’s a solution to this because that problem is related to your video card unless you buy a new video card with Pixel Shaders 2.0 support. Pixel Shaders is not an application you install. It is a feature supported by modern video cards and will be enabled once the driver is installed.

If your ArtStudio application requires this feature from your video card, the only way to install it is to buy a new video card that supports this feature. If you are using the built-in video card of your motherboard, you should buy a new dedicated video card because built-in video cards normally don’t support Pixel Shaders.

Also, Microsoft DirectX 10 is not supported on Windows XP regardless of the Service Pack installed. Microsoft DirectX 10 is supported on Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8.x, and Windows 10. For Microsoft Windows XP, the latest version supported is Microsoft DirectX 9.0c. Download Microsoft DirectX End-User Runtimes (June 2010) to update Microsoft DirectX on Windows XP to the most recent release.
