Hi. Can someone please help me in running Windows XP Video Decoder Checkup Utility? I keep getting an error when starting it. I did not set any administrative group and I am already logged in as the administrator of my computer. But the error is still showing. Does anyone here have an idea on what is happening? I’m in trouble right now, kindly please help me.

To change the preferred decoder, you must be logged on as an administrator or a member of the Administrative group . Close the Power Toy, and then log on as an administrator.

Hi

The picture is showing that the problem with your software is administrator. This can be solved by either you reinstall the window. Or the other option is go to the exe file and right click on that exe file. A tab will open then there is list of options. Go to the third or fourth option which should "run as an administrator' click on that. Your utility will run perfectly and you need to this every time you want to run or if you want to get rid-off then you have to install the window again. Hope this will help your solving your issue.
