I am receiving and error message from the window when I am installing software. It generate an error that window installer is corrupted and does not complete the installation of the software. The error message is below
Error 1723: there is problem with window installer package.

This error means there is a problem with your Windows Installer package. And a DLL is required to complete the installation process.
You may create a new copy of your installer or borrow a different CD/DVD ROM Drive in order to isolate your problem.
Doing this methods you will identify if your CD installer or CD Drive is defective.

PDF Professional and Nitro PDE Express is MSI based and it requires Windows Installer Version 3.1 or Latest for installing. The error you gave here that is show when you have an old version of Windows Installer installed in your system. So, you have to upgrade your Windows Installer.

Error 1723 is an install shield error message, which means you failed to install this software.
Solution
You have to upgrade your Windows Installer; you can upgrade this from clicking.Â
This is support Windows 2000 SP 3 or Updated Windows. In Windows Server SP 1 include Windows Installer 3.1, I mean latest one was installed.
Or,
a. Uninstall all of the failed Java installation by using uninstalling Java. Go to this link and follow the instruction : https://www.java.com/en/download/help/uninstall_java.xml
b. Install offline Java installation package from here
