I am encountering an error as “AccountEdge is busy and cannot respond at this time. Switch to AccountEdge and close any modal dialogs before trying again” while using the trial AccountEdge Connector in my PC. This happens when I am trying to pull, send info to and from Account Edge. Can someone help me solve this problem? I am currently using Daylite version 3.15 (build 2233), AccountEdge version 11 (build 15.0.9B) and connector version 1.0.3 (build 9) on OSX Lion v10.7 and the daylite database is connected with server and daylite server Admin is version 3.14 (build 416). Your help regarding this would be highly appreciated.

Error while using the trial AccountEdge Connector in my PC
If this is the first you encounter this problem with the application, try restarting your computer then try again. If it still doesn’t work and receive the same message again that the application is busy at the moment and should try again later, it is possible that your antivirus or some other application is currently busy accessing the application or some kind. For your antivirus, try disabling it for the meantime and then try again. If it doesn’t work, with your antivirus still disabled restart your computer again and then try it again.
If still nothing happened, your firewall might be blocking the application. If the program needs to connect to the internet every time it is opened, try adding it in your operating system’s firewall so the application can freely move within the connection. Don’t forget to re-enable your antivirus since it’s not the one causing the error.
