Hello there,
I have recently purchased a system and I want to install the trend micro titanium maximum security 2012. On starting the installation, I get an error on my screen. The screenshot of the error is attached below:
Installation Incomplete
I don’t know what this error code means. I have searched a lot on the net, but could not find anything useful.
If anyone can please explain what is this error and why is it appearing on the screen, I'll be really thankful.
Your suggestions and views are highly awaited.

I have some solution for this problem. Please follow the instruction.
-Before you run installation, close running application like MS Outlook, Outlook Express, and Windows Mail, because the Titanium installs features to some other programs. Then run the installation again. If the error still occurs then try another solution.
-Remove virus/malware/ spyware from your computer. Because those mess programs prevent your system to install security software.
-Check anti virus programs/ firewall that may cause the error. Because some security programs have features also to block some program to install. Uninstall old security software from your computer before you install this one.
