Hello,

I am using Office Professional Plus 2010 and have downloaded office suite 2010 sp1 but when I attempt to install this SP I then the following error message. I am using Windows Operating System and could not solve this problem even by reinstallation. I need expert’s advice to resolve the issue so any help would be greatly accepted.

Error while installing Office 2010 SP1

Hi Cooper,
There error is because the installation of Microsoft office suite 2010 sp1 is not proper.
The solution to it is:
1) Uninstall the ‘Microsoft Office suite 2010 SP1’ completely from the system
2) Clean all the garbage files present in the hard disk using the cleaning software
3) Reinstall ‘Microsoft Office suite 2010’
4) Restart the system
5) Install ‘SP1’, now it will be successfully installed in the system
