Hi Experts,

I am new to Paint Shop Pro, and I want to ask about the error message that popped on my screen.

Please see the screenshot below. You see, I was trying to save a file and I tried to search the web but didn’t get any possible and easy solution to the problem.

I hope I can turn to experts in this forum to give me a simple step by step solution on how to resolve this problem.

Error when using Paint Shop Pro X

Problem will always occurred if the application you installed was not compatible with your Operating System. Paint Shop Pro X is compatible only with Microsoft Windows. You should installed software that supports the Paint Shop Pro X application. It is only available in Microsoft Windows. Which can help you and can recommend ways in installing the Paint Shop Pro X.
