I am using iExplorer for my iPod touch.  After successfully updating to IOS5, a popped up message displayed on my PC screen (see error below).  I am definite that iTunes is installed.

Please help for I need to view data on my iPod.  I hope that nothing was lost.

Unable to start the iPhone listener process.  This error may occurred because iTunes is not installed.  Error code: AMDeviceNotificationSubscribe failed with error -402653180
